The bot is sending isTyping messages separately from batches of standard messages, which means that if there's a little bit of network latency, the isTyping will actually arrive after the bot sends the other messages, and will sit there for 15 seconds after the messages have been delivered to the user.
The general suggestion there is just to not use isTyping messages. We include the `typeTime` parameter on text messages to allow these all to be done in a single batch without needing extra messages.
